Håkan Strand

Håkan Strand - Sweden - finds his photographic motifs from both the urban and the natural worlds. Either way, he often photographs in black and white and with long exposures. His pictures are tight, stylish and very well composed. Taken together, these factors have given him a strong artistic identity which has attracted attention both in Sweden and abroad. Among others, he has been contacted by one of USA's most successful photo galleries in Los Angeles who has now become his most important client. Håkan has won numerous international awards and his images have been shown at several exhibitions in Europe and the USA.
