 Jac de Villiers - South Africa - "During the early seventies I studied in London and came back to Cape Town, South Africa in 1975 to open a studio. I photograph faces, places, food and things. I enjoy the fact that I can do a portrait one day and a food photograph the next. I do advertising, annual report and editorial photography and have contributed to the following international magazines; Food Illustrated, Harpers & Queen, Tatler, Red, Appellation, Travel and Leisure, Hasselblad FORUM and German Marie Claire.
